Enjoying the last of this bottle from Miyoshino Jozo. This Hanatomoe Mizumoto really is like liquid gold ~ and just as a rainbow is layered with colour, this sake is layered with flavour. A precious moment to sit and be in awe of nature and incredible sake! The experience was made even more special by sipping from this delicate and beautiful ‘lapis lazuli’ porcelain guinomi, crafted by Takahiro Kondo.
